A Pre-Purchase Home Inspection normally takes 90 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the size, age and condition of the property. It is a comprehensive inspection covering the visually accessible major systems and components of the home. The buyer is encouraged to be present during the inspection, to walk through the home, take interior measurements and ask questions of the Inspector. The inspection fee is payable at the end of the inspection and is based on the size, age and condition of the property.

Home inspection services check your property, usually before a sale, to advise you on any repairs and maintenance that need to be done. Home inspectors should be licensed and you need to take care in selecting your home inspector to check up on their qualifications and references. Try to fix whatever problems you can before the home inspection and learn to read home inspection reports properly to learn what else you may have over-looked.
Our member firms account for approximately 80% of all new homes built in England and Wales in any one year, and include companies of all sizes, ranging from multi-national household names through regionally based businesses and small local companies.
